You may find the quality of your life lacking in sone way, in ANY way or ways ... THAT's the magic in the reality of TRE. The healing goes wherever it needs to go. Just like you just eat food and your nails just grow, when you give the body a chance to have the kind of space it needs to have a neurogenic tremor - it'll heal like it needs to! You don't make your body turn what you eat into nails - it just does it with all the experience of millions of years of evolution. SO it is with TRE - we just guide the tremor as set it up to happen. YOU are IN CONTROL to stop it all the time. And I - as an accredited TRE practitioner - globally verified and certified can hold the space with you and, we call it, co-regulate. THAT's what healthy, good and trustworthy relationships feel like. And this is a professional space.
The Offering is in a block of 4 - 6 Sessions:
Each session is about a week apart.
After the block of 4 - 6 sessions, you can do it on your own or with a family member or return for a session - if you're experiencing stress of any kind.
From the TRE SA Website: TRE is a simple but profound process that is not only used to 'release' stress and trauma after the fact, but just as importantly prevent chronic stress and burnout by building capacity and physiological resilience in the nervous system through ongoing and regular use.
Dr David Bercelli developed this methodology after he'd been doing social work in war torn places in the world, like Beirut in Lebanon. He realized that children who'd shaken - like a tremor (it's called a neurogenic tremor) - were far more relaxed and flowed more naturally than people who hadn't tremored - in the bomb shelters. This kind of tremor - the neurogenic tremor - comes in all shapes and sizes. So, please try not to look at you tube videos online of different tremors. Although the effectiveness and success of this method is clarified in these videos, I - like other accredited TRE providers - would advise you to not look at the other people tremoring on you tube. Why not to look is because it's better to access you own natural tremor/s. If you watch the videos, you may, even unconsciously try and replicate these tremors. It's far more preferable if you follow your very own natural patterns of release when I work with you.
Below are some examples of challenges you may be experiencing. But our call is for you to bring it on and discuss any of your questions, issues and concerns with me. You have the added benefit that not only am I a qualified TRE practitioner globally certified with David Bercelli who developed the technique as he saw 1000s of people drastically healing from problems they'd not found a solution for elsewhere, but I'm also a coach who's trained at PCCV level with the International Coaching Federation. I've got experience as an educator of coaches with 100s of very satisfied clients, who've gone on to flourish.

TRE gets your body out of the loops where it got stuck - keeping you safe from danger. The problem is it can stay in this state and keep protecting you. TRE can go right back to the place this stressful experience left its mark inside your body and help release it.
As a human, you're just like an animal - you are an animal. Just like your dog may tremor when releasing stress - so can you. Most of the time we're socialized not to release the stress in this way. We're even trained to hide it. You're actually just like the impala in the video below who's hunted by a leopard IN THE VIDEO BELOW - you can release all the fear, the fleeing and even the freeze - the terror - you experienced.
By releasing this trapped fear, when perhaps you wanted to escape or attack and couldn't - you're able to regulate yourself again. I'm trained as an accredited facilitator to regulate with you so that we can get the trapped energy to move again - the thing is, it can be a challenge to allow the body to release it. We've been so trained not to - or have entered a freeze state. These states are all normal responses - it is how the body reacts when there's danger.
This is what the tiger in the pictures above illustrate - DANGER. However, we may be inclined to think that danger is still there even though it's gone into the past. We haven't released it. The body is staying aware that this danger may attack again. We can release this stress - it's like a toxin that hasn't got out of our system. We will co-regulate... you will regulate .... your body, your whole system will release and detox from stress.
The you tube video below shows how an impala nearly dies in an attack by a leopard. This is just like you may feel when under stress, whether you're being attacked by a wild cat or a boss, a sibling, a husband, a girlfriend, a robber or it's just a situation you don't like.
Just as the impala releases stress, primarily in a somatic manner, In a TRE session you can shake off the tension, to release the stress - where and when it's safe. Just as when the leopard is scared away (at 12.13 seconds through the video) then the impala feels safe. In safety, both you and the impala can shake off the stress (the impala does this at 35 seconds through the video) caused by the body's protecting you by releasing the hormones cortisone and adrenalin and other effects when in danger. Did you see how the impala's body froze? Yours does this too in places and you walk around like this - unaware except for an ache or a pain maybe. Just like the impala who goes off back into the wild (75 seconds into the video) after having released the stress through a neurogenic tremor, you also leave the TRE session, going off liberated, so much less hindered and detoxed.
The form your own neurogenic tremor takes is the form best suited to the release of the stress you experienced and your own make-up. Your tremor release is NOT necessarily like that of the impala. How you tremor is completely up to your own body, your own make-up and your own stress release.
I run both group and individual sessions
After 4-6 sessions - not more than 1 a week; you can do it on your own. It's just useful to have some maintenance sessions to ensure you stay as stress free as you could be.
