What does it mean to be an 'Affiliate', a matchmaker
between a likely partner and MGCS / KnocKnocK Coaching?
As an affiliate of KnocKnocK Coaching (KKC - life coaching, facilitation, mentorship) or MGCS (organizational and corporate coaching) you have the opportunity to spread a FLAME.
A flame is a simple act: one match lights a candle, which can light many others. Light and warmth spread where they are needed, contributing to growth, healing, and a better world one step at a time. I'm inviting you to light up dark (struggle) spots together with me.
This invitation could even become a gentle challenge at times when you see some darkness in someone or between/among people around you. Could you be part of the flow and create ripples at the same time, perhaps? Engage with the currents you see while tuning in with an opportunity to spread light on the darkness, blindness or struggle you're seeing or sensing? When you see a possible opportunity for better communication and emotional intelligence, better relating with self and other, you can share that there's a coaching partnership or a coaching/education program available to hold the space for this to grow into a more beneficial interaction. Let's tune in for better alignment?
We always have a choice. We can stand by and just watch what happens, and let it be - or, more actively, we can contribute to growth and healing. There's nothing salesy, nothing is pushy or forced - people are irritated by this for good reason. This is attraction marketing - it's about natural flow and what is being what is, only to change for the better if it has an inner inclination to grow.
There is a lot of struggle and of pain amongst people in this world, and each of us can make a difference in how each of us holds an opportunity to overcome struggle, for struggle to become an opportunity for treasure and for growth and not to be a hamster wheel that goes round and round. Sometimes it may feel like too much effort to intervene. Often, it doesn't have to be. Sometimes it feels like it's none of our business, other times we empathize more, and while keeping an boundary we can still do something useful - life-changing. growth is valuable, often it doesn't arrive without investment of effort, time, finance and taking a leap. The option available is to leave things as they are, or to do our bit. What I'm saying here is that sometimes that could be making a match between the person/people you see and KKC, and nudge the situation to see if the flame of light and warmth spreads and grows that way.

The 10% Seed
Through MGCS and KnocKnocK Coaching, there is a 10% commitment to honour your, a potential affiliate’s, ability to tune into the needs of their world. Like adjusting a radio dial, we tune into ourselves and others. We are connected.
This 10% is a seed from the first package fee paid by a referred client. That seed can be directed to:
- You
- A bursary for someone seeking coaching or mentorship
- A charity or non-profit of your choice
Nothing is forced. This is about abundance, choice, and contributing to a positive spiral rather than one of harm or disconnection.
