For over four decades, I’ve partnered with individuals, groups, leaders, and organisations as a coach, facilitator, trainer, mentor, and researcher in human connection, communication, and transformation. My work supports people in accessing deeper emotional, relational, intuitive, and embodied intelligence so they can lead more fulfilling lives and create healthier relationships — personally and professionally.
The International Coaching Federation is the largest global professional body of coaches, quality assuring coaches to deliver results and abide by ethics. Manya works with an ICF Professional Coach Credential (PCC) but also trains, assesses and mentors other coaches to be quality assured. You're invited to a special chemistry session to your fit in partnering Many in a coaching program, either as an individual and/or a group, or in a coach training, assessment, mentoring capacity. MGCS also has a number of group coaching and other programs available.
I’m passionate about helping people recognise blind spots, deepen connection, and live with greater awareness, integrity, and fulfilment. The way we lead our lives — in relationships, families, teams, and organisations — shapes the quality of everything we experience.
My work integrates emotional, relational, intuitive, mental, and embodied intelligence because lasting transformation happens when the heart, mind, and body begin working together rather than against one another. Over decades, I’ve gathered and developed powerful tools and approaches that help people connect more authentically with themselves and others.
I also believe that our struggles, conflicts, and painful moments often carry the greatest potential for growth. When approached consciously, they can become gateways to clarity, healing, stronger relationships, and untapped possibility. Some luminaries state that 9X% of us only access less than 90% of our potential
If this way of seeing life resonates with you, I invite you to explore one of the journeys I offer. Much of human potential remains unexplored — imagine what becomes possible when you begin accessing more of your own.
My work is grounded in both deep academic study and extensive experiential practice combining intellectual rigour with embodied, human-centred approaches to growth, communication, and transformation.
I hold a Master’s degree focused on interpretation, culture, and the ways human beings create meaning, relationships, behaviours, and systems of interaction. I also hold Honours degrees in Psychology and Comparative Literature & Art History.
As a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I coach, train, and assess high-level practitioners and leaders. I am also internationally certified as a TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) provider through the official global accreditation body.
My background includes qualifications in Speech & Drama through Trinity College Dublin, alongside experience as a moderator and assessor for SACAP and the South African Qualifications Authority.
Over many years, I have trained across a wide range of disciplines including Tai Chi, Yoga, Process Work, embodiment practices, communication methodologies, and transformational facilitation — studying with respected teachers internationally.
What I bring is not a single method, but an integrated, deeply informed approach that combines psychology, embodiment, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, trauma awareness, and human connection into practical, meaningful transformation.
