You’ll receive:
- 3 × 3-hr group coaching & education sessions per month
- Buddy system: 1 hr/week peer accountability (self-organized)
- Weekly journaling & reflection prompts (reviewed collectively)
- IEQ9 Standard Enneagram report
- Infographics & mini-manuals (communication & emotional intelligence tools)
- Access to our Zoom community
Investment: $250/month ($697 - upfront payment for the 3 months)
2. Growth Path – Core Program (Most Popular)
Ideal for: A balanced and comprehensive journey that integrates group work, individual coaching, somatic practices, and powerful educational tools.
Includes everything in Essentials, plus:
- 1 hour individual coaching per month
- Weekly personalized journaling feedback
- TRÉ practice sessions: 6 hrs total (mix of group & individual)
- Extra tools: Johari’s Window, CBT basics, EQ & leadership models, Theory U listening diagram
- Priority Q&A during group sessions
Investment: $350/month ($997 upfront payment for the 3 months)
3. Transformation Path – Deep Dive & Expand
Ideal for: Those ready to go all in — maximum personal support, tailored guidance, and lasting integration. (Couples welcome.)
Includes everything in Growth, plus:
- 2 hrs individual coaching per month (instead of 1)
- Couple report option (reduced rate for 2nd partner)
- Extended TRÉ support: 2 bonus private sessions
- 2 VIP integration calls per program (small-group deep dives)
- Advanced leadership frameworks + tailored practice plan
- Option to continue into a 6-month journey at a reduced rate
Investment: $500/month ($1397 upfront payment for the 3 months)
Bursary Seat (Scholarship)
Each cohort offers one bursary seat for someone with strong commitment but significant financial constraints.
