Growth looks different for everyone.
This is why I've created this program where you're both an individual connecting with yourself better, and someone who's part of a community, connecting with quality to the larger systems of people. Here we both belong and can be completely autonomous - and everything in-between. This spectrum is what we master - progressively, in our lives and in this program.
I've arranged it like we develop further and further as we do in the martial arts, so too, in our lives. We progress from white to black belts - of different grades - and everything in-between.
I've also created three clear pathways within both the 3-month and the 6-month programs. You can choose how deeply you’d like to step in, based on your season of life, level of commitment, and financial capacity. Whether you’re just beginning, ready to expand, or committed to a deep dive, there’s a place for you here. You can choose the option most suitable for you. There are different levels of knowledge, insight and skill, not to mention different levels of practice. Each of these levels is indicated by a colour belt in this program - just like you find in the Martial Arts. There are different levels of development of Connection and Communication Intelligence and its implementation.

Accessibility & Sliding Scale Options
I believe deep connection and growth work should be both valued and accessible. That’s why I offer a few flexible options to make the program available to more people.
Sliding Scale Contribution: For those committed and who want to skyrocket, and for those who want to skyrocket, but are unable to stretch to the full fee right now. (Limited seats per cohort.)
- Essentials: $200–$210/month (≈ R3,600–R3,800)
- Growth: $260–$280/month (≈ R4,800–R5,200)
- Transformation: $380–$400/month (≈ R7,000–R7,500)
1. Essentials Path – Step In & Explore
Ideal for: Those seeking core learning, group support, and a structured introduction to deeper work.
You’ll receive:
- 3 × 3-hr group coaching & education sessions per month
- Buddy system: 1 hr/week peer accountability (self-organized)
- Weekly journaling & reflection prompts (reviewed collectively)
- IEQ9 Standard Enneagram report
- Infographics & mini-manuals (communication & emotional intelligence tools)
- Access to our Zoom community
Investment: $250/month (≈ $750 for 3 months)
2. Growth Path – Core Program (Most Popular)
Ideal for: A balanced and comprehensive journey that integrates group work, individual coaching, somatic practices, and powerful educational tools.
Includes everything in Essentials, plus:
- 1 hour individual coaching per month
- Weekly personalized journaling feedback
- TRÉ practice sessions: 6 hrs total (mix of group & individual)
- Extra tools: Johari’s Window, CBT basics, EQ & leadership models, Theory U listening diagram
- Priority Q&A during group sessions
Investment: $350/month (≈ $1,050 for 3 months)
3. Transformation Path – Deep Dive & Expand
Ideal for: Those ready to go all in — maximum personal support, tailored guidance, and lasting integration. (Couples welcome.)
Includes everything in Growth, plus:
- 2 hrs individual coaching per month (instead of 1)
- Couple report option (reduced rate for 2nd partner)
- Extended TRÉ support: 2 bonus private sessions
- 2 VIP integration calls per program (small-group deep dives)
- Advanced leadership frameworks + tailored practice plan
- Option to continue into a 6-month journey at a reduced rate
Investment: $500/month (≈ $1,500 for 3 months)
Bursary Seat (Scholarship)
Each cohort offers one bursary seat for someone with strong commitment but significant financial constraints.
- Contribution: $110–$140/month (≈ R2,000–R2,500)
